Indian Springs Calistoga: The Perfect San Francisco Weekend Staycation

Out of all the trips I've done this year, I think I'm most excited about this one because I've never planned a getaway around visiting a resort. This time, I decided to splurge a little and went for it..

The first night we arrived, I immediately knew we're in for a treat. The vibe once you entered the resort is different. Everyone was in their bath robes with their skins radiating (what is even this place?!).

They made it so easy to not wanting to leave the resort with their Olympic-sized mineral pool, mud-bath treatments, massages, and small on-site hiking trails.. but we did decide to venture out of the resort and drove to its neighboring towns to spend the rest of the evening.

We went to Saint Helena downtown for some shopping. What a quaint little town!

All in all, it was a gratifying trip. We came back feeling refreshed and our skins were radiating too (or so we hope). Highly recommend anyone who lives in the Bay Area to plan a weekend getaway to Indian Springs Calistoga and let me know how it was!
